2027 Out West Trips Sign Up Procedure for May 21, 2026, Aloha Party

1. You must be a member of the club to sign up for trips. Membership renewals started May 1.

2. We recommend that you download and fill out the trip registration form from the AASC website prior to the meeting.

3. Doors will open at 7:00 for members to enter the party. You must pay your $5 entrance fee before proceeding.

4. Each trip table will have a clipboard that members can put their name on to “sign up” for the trip. If the trip is filled, you can put your name on the waitlist.

5. Board members and trip leaders may sign up starting at 6:30. Volunteers working at 7:00 can sign up starting at 6:55.

6. Each member may sign up one additional member

Registration Process

1. Get a copy of the trip sign up form, either ahead of time from the website or from the trip leader.

2. Read and sign both pages.

3. IMPORTANT: make sure all your information in the membership database is correct, including the legal spelling of your name. This information will be used for airline tickets, and any mistakes may result in denied boarding.

4. Payment:

a. If paying by check, return the form and check to the trip leader. You are done.

b. If not paying by check, go to the payment desk to complete your deposit payment and have your form signed. Credit cards and other electronic methods (Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) are the preferred methods. All payments except for checks will incur a 3% service charge. Return to the trip leader to be registered for the trip.

If you do not return by 8:30 with your completed paperwork, your name can be moved to the bottom of the signup list.

Online Signups

● Online signups for members will begin on Saturday, May 23 on the Ski Club Website (A2skiclub.org) with a credit card

● Affiliate clubs will be allowed to sign up for trips beginning on Saturday, May 30 by contacting the trip leader directly.

Cancellation

Trip cancellation policy is available on the website. If you cancel by the Corn Roast, you will be subject to a $35 cancellation fee. After that point, you are responsible for any charges that the ski club cannot recover (airline fares, lodging, etc.)


How do I Update My Profile Information?

• To get started, log in to your account. Click Here to login to your profile.

• Use the email address and password provided when you joined the club.

• If you forgot your password, click “Forgot password” and a password reset email will be sent to your email address.

Once logged in follow these steps:

1. Click the large red box “Edit Profile”.

2. Correct any inaccuracies and enter any missing information.

6. Return to the top of the page and click the large red box “Save”.

6. To log out click the person icon in the upper right corner and select “Log Out”.
