North America's biggest and most popular ski resort, Vail is an alpine village in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. Long a favorite of serious skiers and jet setting celebrities, Vail now also draws a younger, hipper snowboarding crowd. Skiing is king at Vail Mountain and the Blue Sky Basin, but the area's vast splendor is perfect for hiking, biking, snowmobiling or scenery-gazing at any time of the year.
Lodging:
Affordable condo lodging in Vail, walking distance to Lionshead and the Eagle Bahn Gondola. Short shuttle or walk to Vail Village. Located adjacent to the Vail Health Hospital, Steadman Clinic and Dobson Ice Arena. Outdoor pool and hot tub with views of Vail Mountain.

Payments:
After deposit, all payments will be made electronically via ACH. Final payment will be adjusted for airfare and lift pass credits.

Epic Pass Pricing for AASC members going on the Vail Trip
- Must go on trip in order to get package discount, it is applied as a credit on final trip payment. Epic pass must be purchased and paid for as a separate item through encompasse website
- Epic pass pricing is subject to periodic price increases. Credit will remain constant
- Epic passes are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased
- Epic passes are unrestricted. Unused days can be used at other EPIC destinations, including Mt Brighton.

Valid Traveler Information Required
MEMBERS MUST VERIFY THAT THEIR DATA IS CORRECT IN THE AASC MEMBERSHIP DATABASE. Full name, including middle, and birthday must match Enhanced Driver's License (US) or Passport (International trips). Trip rosters will be populated using the AASC database and failure to verify your information may lead to problems at trip departure. If you are missing any information, please update it ASAP in your member profile and with the trip leader.
