The first Ypsi Heritage Festival was held in July 1978. Now they're held annually during a late August weekend.  According to Fairs & Festivals;

You'll find arts and crafts vendors, home business, business merchandises, and non-profit organizations. There will be stage combats and stunts, rubber ducky race, music, and family entertainment. Kids will also enjoy bounce house, pony rides, crafts, games and much more. Hours: Fri noon-10pm, Sat 10am-10pm, Sun 11am-6pm

And, on Saturday eve... Fifty Amp Fuse
