    MACC Racing at Boyne

    Due to poor snow conditions at Boyne, the scheduled race for this weekend (January 7-8) has been canceled.

    The next race weekend is still on for January 21-22 at Boyne. We race on FIS and Superbowl. If you have not registered yet, please register at the MACC web site, or if you just want to guest race, it costs $10 for a race.

    A2SC Texting Service

    The Ann Arbor Ski Club texting service for members is now operational and available for sign-up. To use this optional service you must opt in by updating your A2SC membership profile.

    Here’s How:

    Log in to the A2SC website. (Hint - Use the email address where you received this eBlast)

    Once logged in follow these steps:

    1. Click the large red “Edit Profile” box.
    2. Head down to “We would like to send you relevant text messages”.
    3. To read the consent agreement click the link that says “I consent to receive text messages. From….” . Note that it will open in a separate window.
    4. Return to the original window to consent to the agreement by checking the box next to the link. Leave blank if you do not agree or do not want to receive text messages.
    5. Return to the top of the page and click the large red “Save” box.
    6. To log out click the person icon in the upper right corner and select “Log Out”.

    After that look forward to receiving your first text alert in the next few days.

    A2SC Mobile App

    The Ann Arbor Ski Club has a mobile app.  It runs on IOS and Android.  Jeff Crawford has written a nice piece on how to download the app.

    Members have reported problems with the app.  An upgrade will correct the issue.  You have to delete it from your phone, then reload.
